No surprises, no pressure. This is what the process actually looks like.

Straight answers, no sales pitch. Browse the mortgage glossary for more definitions.

Understanding the Broker Model
How much do I need for a down payment?
It depends on the loan. Some programs allow as little as 3% down, and a few allow zero down for those who qualify. I will show you the options that fit your budget so you can choose what works.
Can you help with a manufactured or unique home?
Yes. I have years of experience with manufactured homes, chattel loans, and other property types that some lenders shy away from. If your home is a little different, that is exactly where I can help.
Why work with a broker instead of a bank?
A bank offers its own loans. As a broker, I compare many lenders to find the loan that fits you best. That means more options and a better chance at the right rate and terms for your situation.
How long does the loan process take?
Most loans close in about 30 days, though it can be faster or slower depending on your situation. I stay proactive and keep you updated so there are no surprises along the way.
