This California Privacy Notice (“Notice”) applies to residents of the State of California (“consumers” or “you”) who visit or interact with the websites, services, or applications operated by Lender Express Mortgage LLC and its affiliates (collectively, “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This notice is an addendum to information contained in the existing Privacy Policy of the Company and its affiliates. You have the right to request that we disclose certain information to you about our collection and use of your Personal Information. Note: Personal Information does not include: (i) publicly available information from government records; (ii) de-identified or aggregated consumer information; (iii) health or medical information covered by HIPAA; or (iv) personal information covered by sector-specific federal privacy laws, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), the California Financial Information Privacy Act (FIPA), or the Driver’s Privacy Protection Act of 1994 (DPPA). Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request, we will provide: the categories of personal information we collected about you; the categories of sources for that information; our business or commercial purpose for collecting it; the categories of third parties with whom we share it; and the specific pieces of personal information we collected about you.
You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information that we maintain about you. Upon receipt and verification of your request, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to correct the inaccurate information, taking into account the nature of the personal information and the purposes for its processing.
You have the right to direct us to limit our use and disclosure of your sensitive personal information to that which is necessary to perform the services you request or as otherwise permitted by law. To exercise this right, please contact us using the information provided below.
You have the right to request that we delete any of your personal information you provided to this platform and retained, subject to certain exceptions. We reserve the right to amend this privacy notice at our discretion and at any time.
