Understanding the Broker Model
How much do I need for a down payment?
It depends on the loan. FHA can be as low as 3.5% down, and some conventional loans allow 3%. I will show you the options that fit your budget so you can choose what works.
Can you help me finance new construction?
Yes. I work with construction loans for buyers building from the ground up, including construction-to-permanent options. I will guide you through each phase, from plans to move-in day.
Does your finance background really matter?
It does. With 25-plus years in finance, including time as an auditor and tax consultant, I read your full financial picture quickly and clearly. That means sharper advice and fewer surprises along the way.
Why work with a broker instead of a bank?
A bank offers its own loans. As a broker, I compare many lenders to find the loan that fits you best. That means more options and a better shot at the right rate and terms for your situation.
