Good Questions

Questions I Hear Most

Straight answers, no sales pitch. Browse the mortgage glossary for more definitions.

How much do I need for a down payment?
It depends on the loan. VA loans can be zero down for those who qualify, FHA can be as low as 3.5%, and some conventional loans allow 3%. I will show you the options that fit your budget.
Do you handle USDA and jumbo loans?
Yes. Along with conventional, FHA, and VA, I work with USDA loans for eligible rural areas and jumbo loans for higher-priced homes. If you are not sure which fits, we will figure it out together.
Can you help me refinance?
Absolutely. Whether you want a lower rate, a shorter term, or to tap your equity, I will run the numbers and show you if a refinance makes sense for your goals.
Why work with a broker instead of a bank?
A bank offers its own loans. As a broker, I compare many lenders to find the loan that fits you best. That means more options and a better shot at the right rate and terms for your situation.
